Dine Brands Global, Inc. Announces First Quarter 2022 Dividend

Quarterly Dividend Increased by 15%

The Company Authorizes Share Repurchase Program of up to $250 Million

GLENDALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 22, 2022-- Dine Brands Global, Inc. (NYSE: DIN), the parent company of Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar® and IHOP® restaurants, today announced that its Board of Directors declared and approved a 15% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.46 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2022, to the Company’s stockholders of record at the close of business on March 21, 2022.

Effective April 1, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors also approved a new share repurchase program of up to $250 million and terminated the existing share repurchase program, approved in February 2019. Approximately $66 million remained available for repurchases under the existing share repurchase program as of December 31, 2021.
